Who, how, what?
With TEDME you can assign various roles and rights. You can find out what these are here.Project admin
It is the central TEDME-user and receives the access data from us. This person has all rights within a project - can both create and hold presentations and events and make all settings.
Co-moderator
Der Co-Moderator assistiert dem Projektadmin, Präsentator oder dem Moderator während eines Events. Er überwacht den Chat und bearbeitet die Q&A-Runden. Ein Co-Moderator wird nicht als eigener Benutzer angelegt. Jede Person, welche eine richtige PIN vom Projektadmin erhält, ist ein Co-Moderator. D.h. es kann auch mehrere Co-Moderatoren geben.Moderator
The moderator has a less extensive version of TEDME zur Verfügung. Er wird als eigener Benutzer vom Projektadmin angelegt. Ein Moderator kann lediglich Vorträge halten. Er kann sie nicht anpassen und keine weiteren Änderungen in TEDME make.
Customer admin
This user manages your TEDME-account. It can create new project admins and is only created by separate agreement.Corporate structure
With TEDME you can map and implement several projects at the same time. Each user can be assigned to several projects. Users who are only assigned to one project only see their own project. This is how we provide TEDME ensures that different organisational units cannot see each other or edit each other's presentations.
