This is how you proceed:
- Create a list of participants
- Activate "Groups" in the list and add these
- Add participants and assign them to the groups you have created
- Assign all participants a priority within the group
- Create your survey and create questions
- The room name of the survey is reserved by circular resolution
- Select the previously created list of participants and enter an end date for the survey
- Store possible biases
- Start the survey
- Let the participants vote
- Have automatic reminders for missing votes sent by e-mail from TEDME
One vote per group
Create a list of participants, individual groups and assign a group and a priority to the participants.
This is how you determine who can vote in which group. If there are several votes, only the highest priority counts.
Automatic reminder
