TEDME for alternative and interactive event formats

Alternative and interactive event formats

Whether onsite or online - you can also realise alternative and interactive event formats with TEDME more interesting and efficient.

BarCamp

At physical BarCamps, your participants plan the event programme together at the start of the event. To do this, the participants suggest what they want to present themselves. You could do this at a virtual BarCamp with a classic chat from your video conferencing tool. However, you will quickly lose track of things. It's more structured and efficient with TEDMEAsk in advance which topics the participants would like to contribute and then release the suggested topics for voting. Of course, you can also use the voting function at a real BarCamp. In addition, you can involve your participants in the respective sessions via Q&A rounds, start surveys and have the BarCamp evaluated at the end. All this is possible with TEDME.

FishBowl

The modern panel discussion that involves your participants more interactively than traditional panel discussions. What question do you want the panellists to answer? Find out and ask your audience with TEDME-features, Q&A sessions and voting. What is particularly exciting is the opportunity to TEDME Allow spontaneous questions.

Table Session(s)

With round table discussions on many individual topics, a wide variety of topics can be discussed simultaneously in a large room. This is good for networking and brainstorming. This is exactly what TEDME the triad of Q&A, voting and feedback. This allows you to brainstorm the topics of your participants at each individual table or collectively in the entire room - just as you need and want to implement it.

World Café

At your World Café, the participants also exchange ideas at different tables. The only difference is that the participants typically move from table to table in several rounds, while a host remains seated at one table. What should be discussed at the tables? Collect the answers with the help of TEDME Voting or the Q&A function. Would you like to prioritise the results of the individual tables in front of your audience? Then the feedback function of TEDME.
