Management and invitation of participants (with or without voting rights)
In participant lists, you can manage the people you want to admit to a session at closed events. Simply import the participants via an Excel spreadsheet. Or you can use the TEDME-questionnaire for your participant registration.
You can specify who can attend and who can vote. You can also set up proxies for general meetings and members' meetings and deposit voting shares.
About TEDME you can also send the invitations with the individual access codes for an event directly. Alternatively, you can export the list and then send the invitations via your own mailing system or by postal form letter.
