What others say
We opted for TEDME because this tool is user-friendly and can be operated by practically anyone after a short familiarisation period. The analyses are available just-in-time and are very clear. Added to this is the excellent service provided by TEDME. A solution was always found immediately for every question we had. As a non-profit organisation, we also very much appreciate the price-performance ratio.
We used authenticated voting for secret ballots for our Youth Advisory Council for the first time. We were impressed by the option of having the PIN sent by the system or keeping control of the dispatch ourselves. All participants were able to register without any problems and particularly praised the fact that they could see the results themselves straight away. The fact that the time-consuming counting of secret votes was no longer necessary meant that the voting process was much quicker overall and helped to ensure that the participants remained focussed on the event right to the end.
The BEE would like to thank everyone at TEDME for their support and the smooth organisation of our delegates' meeting.
SINCE FEBRUARY 2023 AS A PERMANENT SOLUTION AND POSSIBLE WITHOUT AMENDING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
On 9 February 2023, the Bundestag passed a resolution to make it easier for associations to hold online general meetings. The basis for this is the "Act to Enable Digital General Meetings in Association Law", which has now been passed.
In future, associations will generally be allowed to hold their general meetings in purely virtual or hybrid form.
It is precisely for these online elections that you need a flexible and simple tool such as TEDME-Auth, which supports you in a legally compliant* and statute-compliant* implementation. You can use the TEDME-Auth IT solution for online elections for both purely virtual and physical meetings or hybrid events.
* legally compliant and in accordance with the Articles of Association, provided there are no grounds for exclusion in your Articles of Association and the voting modalities are observed.

How does the transfer of voting rights work in elections?
In participant management, you can easily make assignments for substitutions. This means that the person being represented can no longer log in themselves. The proxy can first vote for themselves and then for the proxies created for them in accordance with instructions - taking into account the respective voting rights, of course.
We would like to switch our regular association elections from postal voting to online voting. We have around 3,000 eligible voters spread across 6 regions. This means 6 different ballot papers - one for each region - and only the eligible voters from the respective region can vote. Can this be realised with TEDME-Auth?
Yes, you can easily do this with TEDME. Give us a call on 0931/40411811 and we can activate a demo version for you and show you the system.
Can I enter the voting rights to 2 decimal places?
Yes, this is possible with TEDME.
Can I ask combined questions?
Yes, for example, you can first ask whether a specific agenda item should be included and then address the content of the question in the second question. "Should we discuss the use of a voting tool?" and then "Which voting tool should we use?".
Can you allow alternatives or spontaneous new suggestions?
Yes, you can allow alternative proposals during the voting process using TEDME-Auth.
Is there an automatic calculation of majorities?
Yes, TEDME can show absolute, relative or conditional majorities in the live display as well as in the overall report.
