For the first time, we used authenticated voting for secret elections for our youth council. During the coronavirus pandemic, we immediately began holding our club evenings in a hybrid way, live and with video transmission. As a result, we used TEDME for our 750 members so that we could hold our Annual General Meeting regularly.
If we had relied on a written discharge from the members, the postage would have cost us considerably more than the use of the software.
This made it possible for our club life not to come to a standstill and to continue as usual.
The use of TEDME is easy, reliable and intuitive. However - and this applies to all solutions of this kind - you have to plan the processes and the appropriate questions in advance so that the organisers know exactly how to place which question when and where during the event so that the event runs smoothly. This has been the case at every AGM so far, both for online participants and for those attending in person.
